Mining Guest Pass Mining Guest Passes are available for employees of mining and energy companies, with a market cap of $500m and above, as well as contract miners. To be eligible you must be responsible for purchasing or asset management, driving operational excellence, implementing new technologies on-site, or have the ability to influence purchasing decisions within your company.

Qualified job titles include, but are not limited to Mine Site Operator, Engineer, Mine Manager/Supervisor, Operations, Procurement, Contracts, Supply, Project Delivery, Technology & Innovation, Technical Services, Asset Management, Maintenance, and Business Optimisation.

Approved Mining Guests are required to attend 5 meetings with solution providers, pre-scheduled on the meeting platform.

Please note that representatives from companies servicing the industry such as – consultants, equipment providers, contractors etc. are not eligible.

Once approved the pass provides access to the conference, mining spotlights, mining pitch battles and plenary presentations. In addition to full access of the exhibition floor, catering, delegate networking receptions, the app and meeting platform. Mining Guests are also provided with concierge assistance to arrange meetings within the meeting platform.
